Season 6 begins in 1967 and looks like it is sure to deliver lots of big hair, long sideburns, and geometric patterns.  I am looking forward to seeing the mod fashions – and hopefully some hippie fashions, too!  It will be fun to see some of our favorite characters taking on a more casual and/or eccentric style.  Although, I doubt we will see Don Draper wearing a fringed vest or peace sign necklace anytime soon!

Mad Men is the most stylish TV show in recent times.  The drama has influenced a lot of designers over the past few years.  Here are some of my favorite looks from the ladies of Mad Men over the last five seasons.

It’s a tie between these two of Trudy Campbell (whose style I adore)!

If you enjoy these fashions, check out Banana Republic.  Each year, they collaborate with Mad Men costume designer, Janie Bryant, to create a collection inspired by the new Mad Men season.  While these pieces have retro influences, they are still modern.  My favorite is my leopard print trench coat that I bought a couple of years ago.  It is absolutely gorgeous – very Holly Golightly!
